Operations Manager
Erica joined Setarcos Wealth Advisors in 2021. Over more than two decades, she has developed broad management skills working in a wide range of roles, including customer service, inside sales, office management, and executive support. She brings a passion for client service and all things financial planning to the team.
Erica earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland University College in Business and a minor in Communications. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Wright State University.
Erica has always been an active volunteer in her community. She currently volunteers at her children’s school tutoring math and reading, serves on the PTA board at both the local and county level, and is treasurer of her HOA. She is currently working with her school to develop an after-school club to mentor middle school students in the world of finance – everything from opening a checking account, creating budgets, to retirement goals.
When Erica is not in the office or volunteering, she can be found with a book in her hand or traveling with her family.
